About

I study user behavior to better understand what people truly need and expect from a product. I analyze how users interact with features, identify pain points, and gather insights that help improve the overall experience. My work focuses on understanding user preferences, habits, and feedback so products can become more intuitive, useful, and enjoyable for the people using them every day.

Do we need an AI-native slack?

We launched PromptQL on X/Twitter 2 weeks back and went viral as the first AI version of slack; and we just went live on Product Hunt! Yesterday Jack Dorsey announced his version, Buzz. And as someone following the space - I see a lot of people having strong opinions about this.
So what's yours? Is slack working for you as you do more and more of your work with AI? Where does it break? Do we even need a new era of collaboration tools?

Which email flow do you know you should be sending, and aren't?

Genuine question. I keep meeting operators with a warm list, a good offer, and no abandoned-cart flow. Or a welcome series that's one email long and just stops.

If that's you which one is it, and what's actually stopping you? The time, the build, or not knowing what email 3 is supposed to say?

Asking because I've been building for exactly this.

Which platform's API/scraping restrictions have burned you the most?

Building an API that pulls data across 13 social platforms, and the thing that's eaten the most engineering time isn't the scraping itself, it's how differently every platform breaks. Rate limits that change without notice, auth flows that expire silently, structured data one week and a wall of JS the next.

Curious what's bitten other builders here. Which platform has been the worst to depend on, and what did you end up doing about it?
