Before this I spent 7+ years in CX and support across SaaS and ecommerce, including Replo (YC S21) and an agency stint managing support for dozens of enterprise Shopify stores. Store owners kept answering the same repetitive tickets while missing sales sitting right there in chat, so I built Arbyn to fix that. It checks live order status, updates shipping addresses automatically, and handles refunds, cancellations, discounts, and returns with your one-tap approval first.
