In my case, there have been two determining factors: - a certain level of security for a few months ahead - the right project (have done a couple of projects before, both eventually dropped, the third one was the charm!) For example, our team has #high_five channel in Slack. We are using this channel to share our teammates' accomplishments with the team. However, this is a kind of disappearing information that isn't archived permanently. I wonder if you know another way to share and archive someone's achievement.
