Spearheading with the Morgen team the time management revolution keeping in mind that time management is all about people living more intentionally their plans, not just some form of mechanical efficiency-increasing process. LONG STORY SHORT No garage in my founder's story, yet, my good friend Marco and I started on the couch of our shared flat. First, we built, Morgen, a personal endpoint allowing you to blend together calendars, task lists, video conferencing, and schedulers, across all your devices. Then, out of thousands of conversations with teams, we are expanding our vision with TimeTo, a platform where any team can go pick any of the off-the-shelf automations we built, but also hack them to better adapt them to their needs, or even build their own using our time-APIs.

AI notetakers are... a dumb :) looking for use cases to bake into a little prototype I'm building

AI notetakers are dumb... like, they just transcribe and summarize...

I'm trying to build something that's actually an online assistant that, being wired into your calendar, emails, and knowledge base, and with that it can actually support you during meetings with things like:
- live capture tasks

- find available times for the next meeting
- live capture tasks (and even prepare prompts before and hand off prompts to Claude before you hang up

What's the most users you got on a vibecoded project? We got 23 in the first day!

@jim_hartung and I built this ultralight task manager for Chrome (also works well on Comet) in the form of a Chrome extension and within the first day or so, without any marketing at all got 20+ users!

So what is it? It's called "Easy Tasks" and it literally has all the important stuff you need from a basic task management:

  • Organize your tasks in task lists

  • Search and sorting

  • Assign due date and priority to the tasks

  • Have a simple "Today" list on top of everything else

  • See tasks left behind

  • Quick capture, as simple as highlighting some text anywhere online, hit a shortcut, and create a task
