Honestly surprised that Sony haven't used PH more, I've used their mirrorless A7SIII camera and it has allowed a step change in our company's production process.
Mainly thanks to out of camera footage quality being sufficient to bypass needing adjustments (I realise some of that is setting up scenes properly just as much as a nice camera :) ) in post.
The only downside would be battery life can be a bit short, but that may be a gripe with any battery powered device.

Currently using a macbook Pro late 2015 model, 8GB of RAM.
My experience has been mixed. The OS and bundled software is mostly of good quality, the hardware is now seven years old and still going strong apart from the original battery which needs replacing... that brings me on to the less attractive parts of Apple's products.
Removing the battery, which was a piece of cake in earlier models (circa 2007), is a major repair job. They've gone backwards here. Batteries are probably the first thing that will need replacing given they wear out the fastest.
That said I've had to replace the power adapter once as the original failed after about a year. Their materials are not always durable. Take cables and grommets made in their white rubber material. Over time this rots and disintegrates. I have older equipment that doesn't suffer this issue.
They also charge more than other vendors for things like RAM and storage. Its also laughable that they still have product SKUs in their store that come with 8GB of RAM. This may have been sufficient in 2015, but we're 8 years on now, and RAM hungry apps make for a disappointing experience on my machine.
I'd buy another macbook, but only because we require it to support our plugin software that we make.
What needs improvement
high pricing (5)high maintenance costs (2)limited storage space (2)

Blender is powerful, especially considering that its model is free to download (open source licensed).
I develop plugins for Blender, this is where it sometimes can frustrate. The API has a few gotchas that really catch out new comers and sometimes things are not immediately obvious from documentation.
All in all though, the tool is powerful, stable and has a large team of full time dedicated developers that are making constant improvements

Really great, we moved our team over to VSCode from Eclipse and we're all very happy with it.
The third party app library is very extensive and we've found quality plugins for what we need pretty much every time.
It integrates very well with all our tech stack and has helped us speed up development with sensible shortcuts, great search/find capability.
The only bug bear is debugging, the debugger is great, but we're struggling to be able to make the debugger listen for multiple processes that wish to attach to it. If there's a VSCode python debugging guru out there that can straighten this out, then this review might get an extra star.
What's great
extensive extension library (42)
What needs improvement
debugging tools (1)

Wix is now showing its age and lack of development investment in things like page load speed. Whilst it performs ok (but behind other more modern stacks like webflow and good old wordpress event) on desktop, its score of 33 out of 100 for Google's page speed ranking puts it in the 'don't bother' category if you're thinking mobile first.
It does have some value to it, there are lots of plugins (they mostly cost though) and lots of out of the box features that are useful.
On balance though, the page speed for mobile is a dealbreaker, here are some more specific deal breakers for us in our use case.
- Doesn't play well with custom web apps, at all in fact, as in didn't work for us, we're using wordpress or vue now
- Wix doesn't allow you to write custom javascript (you can use an iframe) they have their own Velo ecosystem which is closed.
- The editor is substandard by a long way, editing static pages is painfully slow with significant input lag and the browser tab hosting the editor frequently exhibiting memory use of 2GB for pages that don't have video or much animation, or really much of anything.
- Their forum app is old and outdated
- Their designs, available fonts are un-inspiring
