We built an MVP and before even paper prototypes to validate our core assumptions and did qualitative user interviews to get an idea of attitudes and opinions of our problem space. Without that, we would not have been able to build Liffery. Liffery is launching today here on Product Hunt if you would like to support our launch :)

At the moment it's our product hunt launch Liffery, which is happening today. Also, we have recently been spending a lot of time on what I call the "verbal product" so everything that helps communicate our internal vision to the outside world. Of course, building a technical product always takes a lot of work, but I guess that's kind of obvious :)

I love this! I’m a big believer in human centric innovation! It’s sounds complicated but it really just means speaking to users and getting their perspective on things. Create a teaser pitch deck with a maximum of 10 slides. It will really force you to nail your story and focus on the most important elements. The long version is then „only“ an extension of this. Also what we found is iterations.. we tried it one way.. didn’t like it, changed it and tried again.
