Congrats on shipping, I know the “sleep 4 hours, fix bugs, repeat” cycle all too well. Customizable mindmaps with logic features sound like a powerful way to think through complex projects. I could see this being useful for planning big releases for our own project (dereference), an IDE we’re building for Claude Code. Visual mapping plus deep coding feels like a solid combo. Good work keep it up!

Claude Code is insanely powerful, but running multiple sessions in parallel gets chaotic fast, tabs everywhere, lost context, and constant juggling. After spending nearly $2k a month on Claude Code API and struggling ourselves, we built Dereference.dev to fix this. It’s a prompt-first IDE that lets you run and manage multiple Claude Code sessions side-by-side, keep everything persistent, and...

Hey Michael, This is really cool. Getting the most out of these models comes down to good prompting, and your idea could make that way easier and more accessible. Curiosity: are you using another LLM just to optimize the prompts? We might be able to plug this into our app, Dereference. I’ll give it a shot for sure. keep up the work!

Really love the vision behind Big Journal!! Pulling together scattered data into a single reflective space feels like the right move for anyone optimizing across multiple life domains. Which integration or feature surprised you most once it started working together with the rest of your system?

Really like this approach, Henry. Letting demand lead supply feels like a natural evolution for niche or hard-to-find items. What types of products or categories have been getting the most traction so far?

Really love the focus on character consistency. That problem comes up constantly in story-driven and design-heavy workflows. How does Pixnime handle visual memory over time? Can it evolve characters while still keeping their identity intact?

Great insight, Helga. It's often the obvious things that compound the most when executed well. One thing we noticed was that onboarding wasn’t failing, it just wasn’t visible enough. Once we surfaced key actions and added subtle prompts, completion rates jumped. What’s one area you almost overlooked that turned out to be a major unlock?
What's one small takeaway (from building, marketing, etc.) that turned into a big insight?

Huge respect for what you and the team shipped. Quick question for you: Are there any key market signals shaping where you're headed?

Apple is, in my opinion, the strongest product company—and likely will stay that way. They’re not aiming to win the software race in the way OpenAI or Anthropic are. Their strength is in hardware excellence, tightly integrated with software that enhances the experience rather than defines it. Even in far-flung places, you’ll still spot iPhones. That kind of global product loyalty is hard to...

Completely agree. Accelerators offer far more than funding or information. What they really provide is belief. Being surrounded by others building at that speed, with access to tight internal networks and tailored support, creates momentum that’s hard to build alone. Their endorsement also carries real weight. In a world where reputation matters, that early vote of confidence boosts your brand...
