Who should be responsible for the threat that AI potentially poses?
Today, I came across an article on Techcrunch describing research that found that AI models not only hallucinate, but also lie.
While these are small lies, such as claiming that a task was completed when it wasn t, researchers stress they haven t seen harmful scheming in real-world use yet, but warn risks will rise as AI takes on more complex tasks.

Nutralyze — AI food swaps that explain why (what to eat instead, instantly)
Hi! I built Nutralyze, a mobile app that suggests healthier or more suitable alternatives the moment you type the food (and amount) you want to skip e.g., 150g fries get swaps with a quick rationale.
How it works
Enter the food + amount you d like to avoid.
AI returns contextual alternatives (similar taste/texture, better macro balance, cooking method).
A Why this suggestion? screen explains the logic (calories/protein, cooking method, diet fit).
Don t like a result? Block it so it won t appear again.
Diet filters (beta): vegan, vegetarian, keto, etc., to tailor suggestions.
What I ve learned so far
What's one healthy habit that vastly improved your quality of life?
A lot of us tend to neglect our health, being so entrenched in the work we're doing. That's unfortunate because without health, we can't really do much. It should be prioritized above all.
Prioritizing health starts with simple habits. Personally, exercising even just 45 minutes a day (usually in the morning) - whether that's lifting weights or shooting hoops has greatly improved my posture, energy levels, confidence, and mental clarity. It sounds cliche, but I really do believe exercising is a super-enhancer.
What is one healthy habit that has yielded improvements for you?
Would you use an app that tracks your freezer & suggests recipes?
Hey,
I'm working on an app idea to help reduce food waste and make meal planning easier. The app would:
Scan & track your frozen food so you don't forget what is in your freezer.
Send reminders when food is about to expire.
Use AI to suggest and generate recipes base on what is in your freezer.
