Oh my, these are my thoughts exactly!! I feel that I'm yearning for more physical activity, and it even seems that all these problems with concentration and productivity stem from here: lack of activity. I've been thinking of a farm life too (😅), but not sure I'm that courageous to make a 180. But who knows what one might be capable of :)

Honestly, I'm so happy I personally don't have to sit through these daily meetings, but I see my colleagues from other departments kinda suffer 😅 More over, oftentimes it takes way more than 15 minutes.
