I believe this topic is relevant to you as well, since there are many company founders here at various stages of starting up or running their businesses.
Visual Capitalist shared the results of Glassdoor reviews, revealing which companies are most admired by their employees. (See the infographic below.)
I have been thinking a lot about how AI is quietly transforming the way we work, not replacing jobs entirely, but definitely reshaping them.
At a recent Fortune summit, the CEO of Indeed said AI can now handle over half the tasks in most roles. But no single job can be fully automated. OpenAI s Chief People Officer even called it a reimagination of work.
I m completely new to the product world by background, I m a medical student currently in my clinical rotations (co-ass). While my path started in medicine, I ve recently become deeply curious about technology, product thinking, and how digital tools can improve real-life experiences especially in healthcare and education.
Right now, I m exploring how great products are built, learning from launches here on Product Hunt, and trying to understand how ideas turn into solutions people love.
Excited to learn, connect, and support your amazing work. If you ve transitioned from a non-tech field or have tips for curious beginners, I d love to hear from you!
Each of us leaves a digital footprint on the internet. The only difference is how much data and information we share publicly about ourselves.
For example, my local friend doesn't use his photo or name on his profiles so that no one will associate him too much with his income or political ideology.
I was chatting with an AI community recently, and it struck me lots of people have heard of MCP, but none feel they really get it. Honestly, I can see why. The name itself sounds super technical, right?
But don't let the fancy name fool you! MCP is incredibly powerful and is becoming a really big deal (even giants like OpenAI are jumping on board). I truly believe it's the future for making AI agents actually do things by connecting them to your tools.
One week ago, I noticed in one Facebook group (nich : Graphic design) this discussion post: TL;DR: Due to AI advancement, he receives 70% less work as a graphic designer freelancer.

Hey Product Hunt! I'm Waseem Daher, co-founder of Pilot, the largest startup-focused accounting company in the US. I'm a 3x founder (my previous ventures were acquired by Oracle and Dropbox) who's raised over $120M from Sequoia, Stripe, Jeff Bezos, and more.
Today we're releasing our 2025 Founder Salary Report with data from 1,800+ founders, and the findings might surprise you:
Founder salaries dropped 43% in the past year
AI founders are bucking the trend (paying themselves more)
Bootstrapped companies jumped 57%
Only 5.4% of founders pay themselves nothing (down from 9% last year)
We founders talk endlessly about burn rates, runway, and valuations but no one talks about what they pay themselves. It's time to change that.
I ve been working on a product for podcasters and while I m excited about the idea, it s been tricky to consistently connect with the right people for feedback.
I ve tried a few things: replying in niche communities, asking questions on Reddit, and even testing out some cold outreach. A couple of early chats helped shape my thinking, but it s been tough to keep the momentum going.

Are there any products left that are completely AI-free? Honestly, I'm experiencing some serious AI-fatigue lately. It's as if a product doesn't deserve to exist in today's world without an AI component. Are there still straightforward problem-solving products out there without all the unnecessary AI bells and whistles?
P.S. I'm not saying AI is bad, but there are just too many products that are 'AI for the sake of AI'

I graduated 4 years ago, and I had the opportunity to go on to a PhD, but I gave up on that option.
Instead, I chose the "real world".
Many public universities in my country offer free tuition, while in the US tuition is very high, and people take out student loans that take decades to pay off.
For those who haven't tried it yet it's a new feature in GPT-4o that lets the chatbot proactively message you at scheduled times. Just type something like "Remind me to check my email tomorrow at 10 am," and it will set the reminder for you automatically. When the time comes, you'll get a push notification or an email with the message.
Our team has been talking to folks who ve tried all the usual stuff: journaling apps, therapy apps, meditation timers, habit trackers.
And yet the fog stays.
Why? Because most tools just throw you into a loop of logging, tracking, optimizing without ever helping you understand what s going on under the surface.
We re gearing up for our very first launch on Product Hunt this April 2, and we re incredibly excited about it! It s been a journey filled with hard work, preparation, and anticipation. But as we all know, launching on PH can be unpredictable, and there s always room to learn and improve.
