Charlie (@cerwindcharlie)and I have been thinking a lot about what really matters when building a startup. And honestly, it all comes down to one thing:

Making something people want.

It s a bit cringe but it s true.

Some companies are love brands for me, and I d like to support them. Others I see growing, and I d love to ride the wave. :D

Do you have any companies you d like to invest in, but that don t have a public offering yet? Which ones?

I just read that Poland wants to launch a pilot project of a 4-day work week from January 2026 (although a 4-hour work week would sound better).

I want to ask if any of you in your company have tried this concept of a shorter work week, and how it has affected the results of your employees and the company?
