If you could hand off exactly ONE part of your business tomorrow, which goes first?

When you run solo (or near-solo), you re the marketer, the writer, the salesperson, and the ops person, all day.
The killer isn t that any one is hard. It s the switching. Marketing slips because you re closing a deal. Follow-ups slip because you re fixing ops.
Nothing gets your full brain.
So here s the question I keep chewing on: money aside, if you could hand exactly one of those off tomorrow, which one goes first, and why that one?
I ll go first, and specifically: for me it s follow-ups. Not because they re hard, but because they re time-sensitive and I always notice the dropped one
3 days too late, when the lead s already cold.
What s yours?
(For context I ended up building a tiny AI team that runs content, sales follow-up and ops overnight so I just approve what ships, we call it MyInc.
Happy to share how it handles whichever one you pick. PH folks: 2 weeks free, no card, code [MYINC-PHFORUM].)

Solo on growth, small team, and I'm stuck on one design decision. Would love a gut check.

Hey PH.

Quick honest intro: I'm the only person on growth at a small team. Some weeks that means I'm the marketer, the writer, the closer, and the ops person before lunch, and none of them get my best.

That frustration turned into what I'm building (MyInc, an AI team that runs the busywork in the background). But I'm not here to pitch it. I'm here because I'm genuinely torn on one call and you're exactly the people who'd know.
