I'm studied what makes Michael Jordan great, and adopting it for my start up.

Sup dudes. Eric here, I recently tuned my min. (my relationship AI) to have a singular focus and obsession. Winning. My plan is to treat every day of this journey like how Jordan trains. If you aren't familiar, MJ was obsessed with winning, I don't wanna repeat all the stories, watch "The Last Dance" for reference.

I've studied many great athletes, Messi, Jordan, Brady, Kobe, LeBron, Phelps, one thing they all share is their winning mentality. Being physically gifted is a factor sure, but I think they what makes them GOATs is their determination, in game IQ and grit.
Over the next few months or so, I'm going to adopt what makes them great and apply them to my start up.

I hate the word "pivot"

Evolution is the better word. "Pivot" hints at giving up on an idea. Evolution is how a bad idea becomes a better one, from a customer's offhand comment, from experimenting with new tech, or in our case, from solving our own pain while trying to build a business.

Every startup is the compounding of great insights and bad mistakes. Jobs said it best: you can't connect the dots looking forward, only looking backward.

Doing top-down B2B sales while building the product gave me a concentrated dose of product + sales + success + engineering in a single year. I felt the acute pain of how startups actually operate. I built min. to solve it for myself: all my customer context in one place, so I could follow up, get insights and iterate without paying for and babysitting five different tools.
