What's great

Here's what I told another founder when he asked about CRM: CRM is critical but the category is unbelievably old and crusty. I'd go with Clarify because they're building new here and are doing it well.

What needs improvement

Sometimes I want more granularity on calls to exclude from recording, etc. I've seen the maturity of the product grow there even in the last year.

vs Alternatives

Many repetitive tasks like "update this deal" are automated and it learns as you have more meetings, deals etc. I like where they're going with outbound so that the revenue tech stack can be powerful but simplified into one product.
