The prevailing sentiment seems to be that LinkedIn has fallen off or is definitely broken and no longer achieving it's stated goal. My sense is that there are three strong contenders for this title; Berlin, Paris, and London. Having lived and worked in Silicon Valley and now outside of Paris can say there are definite similarities in energy and community.
