What's great

I appreciate the ease of use. For me it's important that I be able to come up to speed from zero pretty quickly because I'm juggling a lot of different jobs. This is a great tool for strong generalists and can help you get leverage in marketing and brand awareness.

What needs improvement

Purely aesthetic I think the website feels a bit "cold" with the dark colors but that's more subjective than substantive. Overall strong and looking forward to continued growth from this team!

vs Alternatives

I heard about TrueGen early on and was interested in experimenting with it basically, people on x were talking about it I believe. I've experimented with other products but this one was easy and straightforward to use for a lay person. The results I'm getting are consistent and good quality so it's a win for me.

How do you handle dropped frames or network jitter?

I didn't have to deal with those issues, but I would likely change providers.

Can agents trigger external workflows via webhooks?

Yes they can

What is the pricing model for sessions and minutes?

I'm doing the free/Basic version but there are several different tiers available. For those just getting started the Basic should be more than enough, will consider moving up to Started or Growth in the future which is like $29 a month.

Slack
I've been using slack for a number of years now and it's only gotten better with time. They know their market and have made it easy to connect and collaborate with internal and external players. In professional environments its a great place to collaborate, I especially love the huddle feature that allows for screen sharing as a quick way to sync and get things done. I appreciate all of the integrations made available as well. Slack has also been great for social networking and building community as well. Highly recommend!

Google Chrome
Strong browser choice, especially for working environments as I'm able to seamlessly transition across profiles and the broader Google product suite. I prefer not to open separate windows for each profile as it's pretty confusing. I believe they could do a better job with that feature, seems clear what they are trying to do, just believe there is a better way of going about it. Overall good product

Notion
I've been using notion professionally and personally for a few years. As a new founder it was my choice for housing our teams primary execution and coordination environments. I love the intuitive interface, ease of use and the overall experience. I appreciate the notion continues to evolve in relevant and helpful ways. Cons: Spell check and formal documentation writing, notion has a ways to go here but looking forward to seeing how they evolve in this area specifically.
