The real lesson: it s about who you can rally, not what you built.
New accounts don t count. You need people with active, aged accounts. We had about 40 people upvote, but only verified accounts mattered for ranking. Our friends and supporters who previously didn't have a PH account but legitimately wanted to support us didn't count.
Only top 14 products get real visibility. The mobile app literally only shows the top 14. Everyone else is invisible to most users. Organic discovery below that is basically nonexistent.

Finally out of lurking and more active on PH:) My name's Dawid, some bits about me: -bootstrapper at heart: founded my first business, a proptech firm, while at uni studying finance (not sure what the degree was for)
-self-taught coder and designer because bootstrapping = can't always spend $$ on nice things -worked for almost every type of firm under the sun: VC backed, NGOs, corporate -nothing felt as good as building, so back to this now: building in AI to help founders and solopreneurs grow sales -probably found in the kitchen when not building Excited to hunt some good products together :))
