Fantastic to see Mailcoach v7 bringing such innovative features to the table! π The split testing feature sounds like a game-changer for optimizing campaigns and I'm particularly excited about the MJML support for creating responsive emails - kudos for making design accessible to non-coders!

There are different problems at different stages of the communityβs growth. Acquiring members is tough in the early days. Retaining members is tricky throughout. Other problems might be more community specific, like maintaining community norms, welcoming newcomers to the community, etc. Thereβs actually a ton of research on this. A lot of it is covered in this book by Kraut and Resnick....

My partner and I have been in the beta for the last few months. We love how easy it is to feel connected and together, even when we're both busy or in meetings! It doesn't hurt that animations are also adorable. π
