About

I’m a Growth Marketer interested in how products grow, how teams build better digital experiences, and how technology can simplify the work behind them. I spend a lot of time exploring SaaS, websites, product marketing, customer problems, and the systems teams use to manage and scale their digital presence. I enjoy learning from builders, makers, and other people working in tech, especially through real-world experiences, product discussions, and community conversations. Always curious about what people are building, what problems they’re solving, and what actually works in practice.

Has anyone actually consolidated their website stack? What happened?

One thing I've noticed with websites is that the stack can grow pretty quickly.

You start with a CMS and hosting, then add plugins, analytics, SEO tools, forms, backups, security, integrations, and other tools as you need them.

What’s the first thing you’d remove from a website tech stack?

Website stacks have a way of growing over time.

You start with a CMS, then add a plugin for forms, another tool for SEO, something for analytics, another for optimization, and suddenly there are more tools to maintain than you expected.

If you had to simplify a website stack today, what s the first tool or dependency you d try to remove?

And what would make you comfortable removing it?

What part of maintaining a website takes more time than it should?

Building a website gets a lot of attention, but I think the ongoing maintenance is where the hidden workload starts to show up.

Updates, performance checks, security, SEO, integrations, content changes, hosting issues individually, none of these sound huge. But once you're managing multiple sites, the small tasks can add up quickly.

I'm curious how other makers and agencies experience this.

What part of maintaining a website consistently takes more time than you think it should?
