I really like that Blank aims to bring organization and order in the product design process which can oftentimes be chaotic and disorganized. Oftentimes when I'm looking at design component libraries especially for Figma, they aren't expansive enough to get creative and experimental. 2K components this will help product designers come up with some new design patterns faster than ever. I like that this product aims to take a lot of the inefficiencies out of reporting status. Would be cool to have a time-box feature where managers give their reporters X amount of time and try and gamify the experience so that reporting is as clear...

Really cool stuff and super relevant for our social media strategy. Shout out to all of the dog dad makers in the house. Preventing developer burnout is one of the single most important things that you can do from a management perspective. It’s hard to diagnose because oftentimes the person will not tell you that they’re burning out. This helps provide managers a great way to diagnose and act with solid data to help prevent unsustainable work habits.
