How do you keep your Downloads folder from getting out of control?

My Downloads folder has slowly turned into a mix of PDFs screenshots installers and random files I only needed once. I keep meaning to clean it up but doing it manually every few days gets annoying. I d rather not pay for another cleanup app just for this. Are you using any built-in rules shortcuts or simple folder setup to automatically deal with old files?

What shifted in your metrics priority after switching from free users to paid subscribers?

Focusing on signup momentum is fun but customer cancellations quickly shift your focus once revenue is involved.

A lot of cancellation reasons boil down to routine integration rather than minor feature requests. Fixing how a product fits into someone's workday is a much tougher challenge than just shipping another update.

Do experienced founders eventually get used to churn or do you just build faster ways to analyze and act on user cancellation reasons?

Is it normal for devs to have projects piled up before a successful one?

In my case, I had 2-3 projects lined up which are not active at all. I stopped working with those web applications as it didn't seem reasonable to. There are 2 of them active on web but not seen by me.

I have also seen that founders tend to have a lot of projects they have abandoned. Some of the founders even told that there projects failed and it is well above 5 projects.
