About

Founder, builder, and operator turned strategist. I spent the last 5 years building my startup, and when the pressure was on, I realized that unclear go-to-market strategies were costing us time, customers, and momentum. I later formalized the framework into GTMClarity, a tool we use internally to streamline every launch and GTM motion. After seeing firsthand how much faster and cleaner we operate with it, I’m releasing it publicly — so other founders can skip the painful guesswork too. Always building. Always learning.

Tired of Guesswork in Your Go-To-Market Strategy? Meet GTMClarity

Hey Product Hunt!

I m Christopher, founder of The Startup Kit. We just launched GTMClarity, a go-to-market system designed for early-stage startups that want strategic focus before adding fuel to the fire.

Startups often struggle not because their product is weak but because their GTM strategy has blind spots unclear ICPs, scattered messaging, and no structured path to traction. GTMClarity fixes that.

How are things going for non-AI products right now?

I'm currently building in Social tech with no plan on integrating AI in the near future. It's an app that'll enable users to connect with others near them and attend/host events.

Are you also building a product that doesn't have an AI component? How has it been? Has the available funding decreased for "unsexy" ideas since the advent of AI?

What is the one currency we all spend and can never earn back?

Time.

When we were building our first startup, we spent over $500K and nearly 5 years trying to find go-to-market clarity defining our ideal customer, crafting messaging, and structuring offers that actually converted.

Everyone told us we needed to do it:
