Absolutely want to love it but have found it super buggy so far to the point Ive kinda abandoned using it til its a bit further into its beta. It had huge potential and was building great code with the AI and then once it borked on something it borked hard and cant get out of that loop. Also the CS is a bit lacking when those things happen - thankfully I dont rely on vibe coding to do my job...

Don’t rely on this tool for coding unless you know what you’re doing. Ive been having an ongoing problem with it not accepting code changes I make in the raw code or in the ai tool - their customer service team asked me to try and recreate the problem at the expense of my credits - and you know, isn’t recreating the problem their job, not mine. I would have gladly helped if I had the time, but...

After I get to the office and go through and respond to all my emails and set the task list for the day. So usually around 2-3 hours after I wake up. I might check at lunch but not usually but my bad spot is the evenings when I’m bored.
When do you first check your social media in the day?

As someone with ADHD I hated that part of work since it took me so long to refocus. Now I engage when asked and it’s way more focused and I’m not nearly as distracted.

Been using motion for awhile now and it’s so nice to have something that keeps my adhd brain on track and focused during a day. The addition of teams and projects has upped our entire orgs productivity by a lot. Team is incredibly responsive to feedback too. Can’t recommend highly enough

As a designer I can tell you all the SaaS products I’ve worked on in my 25 years of consulting that were designed by solo engineers were a design nightmare that took years to untangle once I was brought on board. Before you build anything get yourself a solid foundation on UX otherwise it will likely be hot garbage.
What is the solo founder’s best strategy for building SaaS product and reaching customers?

I’m usually listening to binaural beats not music. They help keep me focused. But if I am listening to music it can’t have lyrics cause they distract me so I’m listening to EDM or classical.

Never gotten a memory error in Figma til I tried to open this file. Too bad I don’t have time to close everything to make it open to check it out.

Design exercises are highly controversial in the design field. A lot of people find them exploitive of their time and skills. How to you overcome that objection with your product considering your “sell” is basically no different than a designer doing an exercise in an interview process
