I hate email. I love Slack. I've been using Slack since 2013 and I've been a massive fan. It's only gotten better and the functionality is so simple. I often think a lot of companies like to overpower their applications. I believe in the effective yet beautiful and powerful functionality of simple tools that make a huge difference. Extremely powerful and an industry staple that I respect and have grown up with but lately, the performance of the product has left me quite sad. The whole scratch disk thing really kills my vibe. I understand why they had to buy out Figma but I feel like the Adobe team can absolutely work to make a web version. Quite a lot of work but it would be revolutionary.
