About

I’m Arron, Founder & CEO of Custyle. I’m building a world where anyone can turn an idea into something wearable—instantly, beautifully, and at scale. Custyle is an AI-powered personalization engine for commerce: it translates a prompt or photo into a production-ready design, generates mockups/try-ons, and routes it into on-demand manufacturing. My long-term focus is Agentic Commerce—AI that doesn’t just create content, but completes intent: understand what you want, design it, and deliver it.

Do you have a single-vendor AI stack?

We keep hearing the same thing on repeat: enterprise AI token costs are exploding and the spend is largely focused on a single vendor (OpenAI, Anthropic etc.) One example: orgs that were spending $500K/year in December are spending $15M/year in May.

And CFOs are starting to ask the same question: do we cut back AI spend, or cut heads?

We gave users exactly what they asked for. They stopped coming back.

Last year, our most-requested feature at Murror was a chat function. Users wanted to talk to the AI like a friend open-ended, anytime, about anything.

It made perfect sense. The data backed it up. Surveys, support tickets, App Store reviews everyone was asking for the same thing.

Our most engaged users weren't our best users. They were our most anxious ones.

For months, we celebrated our power users at Murror the ones journaling every day, sometimes multiple times a day. They had the highest session times, the most entries, the best retention curves. On paper, they were our success story.

Then we started reading what they were actually writing.
