After launching our app, we realized something: getting honest, actionable feedback is incredibly difficult.
The problems we encountered:
Friends are too nice to be brutally honest
Casual users rarely take time to give detailed feedback
Analytics tell you WHAT is happening, but not WHY
Traditional surveys have terrible response rates
