I think it has to be very upfront that you’re chatting with an AI bot. I don’t mind chatting with an AI bot if it gives me helpful advice, but if it just points me to unhelpful documents, I get frustrated. So I think it’s all about the execution and having an option to actually reach a real human if the AI bought, can’t help.
