Tutorials Shop V2
Hi Founders, I’m working on V2 of my Tutorials Shop, it creates structured tutorials using AI, with built-in summary and chat features. In V2, I’m adding the ability to convert those text tutorials into audio and video. Do you think this would actually help people who want to learn new skills or gain new knowledge ? I agree failure is essential for learning, but in the AI era everything is moving much faster. Don’t you think the 8 years cycle of trial, error, and eventual success will shrink dramatically for new startups ? As for me, I’m only in my first year, and still failing… or “learning” ;)

I believe in Building First ! You can’t validate monetization or distribution strategies without a tangible product people can actually use. Once the first version is out, real users behavior tells you what worth scaling and what not. So I prefer: Build > Learn > Refine > Monetize > Distribute.
Do you focus on monetisation and distribution before actually building your product?
