mailmate

I created getmailmate.com, because I was frustrated by the time wasted copying content from emails into apps that I use everyday. So I built a tool that integrates my email with my project management tools, calendars, spreadsheets and communication platforms.

Think of getmailmate.com as your personal assistant. After registration on my platform, you get a new mailbox and you can simply forward or redirect any email from your existing accounts (Gmail, Outlook or Company Domain) to it.

After that, the magic happens: AI Agent takes over:
Every incoming message is analyzed by your private AI Agent, which can operate on scenarios that you configured in your dashboard.

The Agent doesn’t just read the message - it connects with your external tools to perform actions
- New lead email? - Agent creates a row in Google Sheet
- New Bug from client? - Your Agent creates a ticket on Jira and posts a message on Slack.
- Book a meeting email? - Agent can add it to Google Calendar.

I’m really proud of current state of mailmate. However, access is currently limited as we refine the Agent’s performance and scalability.

For now, I’ll be granting access to randomly selected users who sign up to ensure smooth on-boarding process and get quality feedback.

The application will be a paid SaaS platform in the future, based on the volume of emails processed.

Loving the idea, and also it is very escalable for many and many actions based on the forwarded email, for me if it was only reminded me to reply an email could be enough ;) , Good for you.
