I'm a developer who s watched close family members juggle chronic illnesses. Seeing them manage multiple medications, flare ups and brain fog has opened my eyes to how messy and draining the tracking process can be. We tried just about every symptom tracker on the market. Most are either too complicated when your energy is low or they hide the good features behind paywalls, and a lot of them are vague about how they use your data.

A few months ago I started tinkering with a simple tool to try to make their lives a little easier. I m calling it Sympli.
