I am a Gen Z HR Professional who has idea's on improving the job application problem. If you didn't know, there is a problem. On both the applicant and employer side. We see qualified people who are searching for jobs for months with no luck, resume's not accurately describing a candidate, not enough information on resume to move forward with an interview, and I could go on.

I believe adding another document to the job application can truly make you stand out. For the times when you don't have the exact experience or are switching industries or want to explain you know how to do multiple tasks on the job description without completely changing your resume.

I want to do something good, and that is my goal. Always open to any feedback, thoughts, or discussion.

I m one of the founders of ProveIt, and we just launched on September 1st.

We started ProveIt because technical hiring often evaluates developers in ways that don t resemble how they actually work. Resumes, algorithm questions, and traditional coding tests can tell you something but they don t always show whether someone can actually step into a real environment, understand a problem, and build.

ProveIt takes a project-based approach. Candidates work through realistic technical challenges where they can use the tools and resources they d normally use on the job. The goal is simple: help companies evaluate demonstrated ability, while giving developers a better way to prove what they can do.
