Trulia Bot for Messenger

As someone who is currently apartment hunting, I found this bot to be more frustrating than helpful. I received the same 3 results over and over, none of which were near the neighborhood or quality of living I'm looking for. If Trulia feels the need to hop onto the Messenger Bot train, I'd prefer a friendlier step-by-step chat process with the option to view more results. Good luck!

I like this one! I tested out an apartment search bot earlier this week but this one is much easier since it gives me what information it wants all in one go.

Works great and does what it should. :-) For user experience, it would be great if it tells me that a certain city can't be found. Currently it simply doesn't respond.

I agree, it's a great bot. I've already found a room and signed a licence agreement for lodger. I advise you to do the same. But at first, you should read about it in more detail. I believe that a licence agreement for lodger is a prerequisite for renting a room or apartment. Thus, both the tenant and the landlord have legal protection in case of unforeseen circumstances.
