What would be the key differences with user tracking solutions like Clicktale for eg? does it work for mobile apps?

@ourielohayon Great question, there are a couple of main differences. Jaco is much easier to install and is able to capture much more refined user experience, allowing you to see not only the "big" things like mouse movements, but also dynamic content, load times, spinners etc, all with a single line of JS and without any deep integrations into the code. On top of that, we allow you to detect and find common user behavior issues.

looks good and will try it out. one issue we had with crazyegg / hotjar was we couldn't capture user actions post login. is jaco able to do this?

One of the limitations we've run into with HotJar is that it failed to record scrolling inside the scrollable div. Can Jaco record it properly?

@Dannifriedland Really useful tool, we've already have some valuable insights into user behaviour and were able to validate some of our hypotheses! One question - did you guys also work on ensuring the snippet doesn't slow down site speed? what was the result?

@dannifriedland Nice looking product. Can really help pre-product/market fit companies. Couple questions: 1. Do you guys support Single Page apps? Ember, Angular etc. 2. Whats X weeks retention mean in the pricing tiers? Frankly if this works great, it could be a better way to get user insights than videos from usertesting.com.
