@ashmotamedi We definitely have plans to add more features very soon around marketing automation. eg. we are currently working on a javascript api allowing you as a developer to open a Chatlio widget anywhere on the with any message you want. For things like "User listened to podcast, now ask them how they liked it". We incorporate our customer feedback into the product as soon as we can.

@webjoe Great question and yes we do have plans to offer two more plans. (next day or so) One will be a very low volume plan, and the other a high volume plan for companies with huge volumes. But the current $49/month tier we expect to be the proper fit for 85% of our users. We want avoid plans that are confusing and discourage usage of the product. That being said, volume of messages and bandwidth used for our widget are what drive our costs so we have to be cognizant of that when designing our plans.
