Zpeakr
@sebastian_hortua The focus on actual speaking practice rather than passive learning is brilliant - this solves the exact problem most language apps ignore! Congrats on the launch!
Zpeakr
@kay_arkain Thanks for the support! 🙏 We believe fluency comes from speaking from day one, so Zpeakr is built to push learners into real conversations without fear of mistakes. 💬
@sebastian_hortua Hey! Congrats on going live, upvoted, we launched yesterday as well and your feedback would help. Love the product by the way.
Zpeakr
@marlon_van_wyhe Thanks a lot! 🙌 Big congrats on your launch too! I’ll definitely check it out and share my feedback — always exciting to see what others are building. Appreciate the kind words about Zpeakr! 🚀
@sebastian_hortua This is amazing, I signed up.
I see that the cost is 2 credits per call. What is a call exactly? 1 minute? 10? 100? Let me know. Thanks
Zpeakr
@fabricioferrero Great question! 🙌 A call is a live voice conversation with your AI tutor, and each call lasts up to 10 minutes. You can always start another one right after if you want to keep going. 🚀
@sebastian_hortua Just to confirm, in the 9.99 plan, I get 5 credits. It means I can make 2 conversations a month, of 10 minutes each, and I'll have just 1 more credit that I won't be able to use that month. So, 20 minutes a month for 9.99?
Zpeakr
@fabricioferrero That’s correct — with the $9.99 plan you get 5 credits. Each 10-minute conversation costs 2 credits, so you can have 2 conversations per month and still have 1 credit left. The best part is that credits don’t expire, so you can carry that extra one over and use it the following month.
What To Build
Love the angle tackling speaking anxiety head‑on is where real fluency starts. Curious how you personalize practice to different confidence levels and contexts.
We’re out today as well happy if you give it a spin.
Zpeakr
@niladri_hazra Exactly! Tackling speaking anxiety is often the real unlock for fluency.
In Zpeakr, when you start a session you set both your fluency level and your confidence level. This way, the AI tutor can adapt the conversation:
• Low confidence → Slower pace, simpler questions, and gentle corrections with encouragement.
• Medium confidence → More natural speed, targeted feedback, and prompts that push you a bit further.
• High confidence → Fast-paced, complex topics, and nuanced feedback to refine fluency.
We also adjust for context — whether you’re preparing for travel, work presentations, or casual chats — so every session feels relevant to you.
Would love for you to give it a spin and see how it adapts in real time! 🙌

This is truely awesome! The on-demand AI tutors are such a smart solution – I've always struggled with scheduling for language lessons, so having 24/7 access is a game changer. No more excuses! So, how's the accuracy of the feedback compared to a human tutor?
Congrats on the launch! Since the app focuses on one-on-one AI tutor conversations but doesn’t offer group or community practice options, how do you plan to include social or group learning features to keep learners motivated?
Zpeakr
@vouchy Thanks! 🙌 Yes, that’s in our roadmap. We’re working on a community feature where learners can connect with each other for live voice calls directly on the platform. From their profile, users will be able to indicate they’re looking for conversation partners, and we’ll match them with potential speaking partners in real time. 🚀
This is brilliant! The 24/7 AI tutor angle is such a game-changer for anyone who struggles to find practice partners.
Zpeakr
@ha_anh_nguyen Thanks! 🙌 That’s exactly the goal — to make sure you can practice anytime without worrying about scheduling or finding someone available. The idea is to remove all those barriers so you can focus on improving your speaking skills whenever inspiration strikes, 24/7.
WhiteSpace
I need real speaking practice to gain confidence in new languages. How does Zpeakr adapt feedback to different fluency levels?
Zpeakr
@william_jin Great question! 🙌 Zpeakr adjusts feedback based on the fluency level you choose when starting.
• Beginner: The tutor speaks slower, uses simpler vocabulary, and gives more corrections with explanations.
• Intermediate: Feedback focuses on grammar patterns, natural phrasing, and expanding your vocabulary.
• Advanced: The tutor challenges you with nuanced questions, idiomatic expressions, and subtle pronunciation tips to refine fluency.
This way, no matter your starting point, the conversation feels challenging but never overwhelming.
