Zernio is marketing infrastructure for products and agents: one API for social, ads, messaging and calls.
Instead of building an integration for every channel, each with its own API, auth and review process, you integrate once, on official platform APIs, and most teams launch the same day.
Social, ads, unified inbox, SMS, RCS, iMessage, WhatsApp, calls and numbers in 57 countries. A hosted MCP server lets agents connect accounts, run campaigns, send messages and place calls on their own.
This is the 4th launch from Zernio. View more

Zernio
Launching today
Zernio is the marketing infrastructure 200,000 developers build products on. We absorb the integrations, platform approvals and maintenance behind every channel, all on official APIs, so you can start building today. One API covers 16 social platforms, ads on 7 networks, WhatsApp, iMessage, and phone numbers with calls and SMS that you buy inside Zernio. Use the REST API in your code, or let your coding agent do the same through our MCP server and CLI.

the phone numbers with calls and SMS bought inside Zernio is the part I'd stress test first. we build voice agents at Dial and the actual hard part of telephony was never the API shape, it was the carrier-side stuff - A2P 10DLC registration for SMS, STIR/SHAKEN attestation so your calls don't get flagged as spam, and the week-plus approval lag when a carrier decides your use case looks sketchy. does Zernio absorb that compliance layer too, or is "buy a number inside Zernio" still handing the user a number that can get silently throttled by a carrier for reasons outside your API
@galdayan Yep, that layer’s built in. 10DLC and toll-free verification go through the same API as the number, and we review every filing before a carrier sees it. And carrier decisions come back through the API: unapproved numbers refuse the send, and rejected messages return the carrier’s error code.
Absorbing the platform approvals and maintenance behind every channel is the unglamorous part of marketing infrastructure that teams underestimate until their integrations start breaking, so handling that on official APIs is a real value proposition. One API across 16 social platforms plus ads and messaging is a wide surface. How quickly do you handle it when a platform changes its API?
