Zer0 Email is AI-powered Gmail intelligence that works in the background, so you wake up to a clean inbox and a priority brief. Unlike chat-based AI tools, Zer0 Email processes overnight: drafts replies in your voice, kills newsletters, surfaces what actually matters, and tells you what's blocked on you. Connect Gmail, get your morning brief. Built for founders, operators, and anyone who lost 2+ hours a day to email. Privacy-first.

@nayan_joshiΒ The voice-matching insight is gold - that's something most AI email tools completely miss. Curious how you're handling the detection side, since getting the categorization right (urgent vs. waiting on you vs. safe to ignore) seems like it could drift over time as someone's communication patterns change.
@osakasaulΒ Great questions - both of these kept me up at night during beta.
On voice-matching: we sample the user's sent mail (last 6 months) and extract patterns - sentence length, punctuation habits, sign-off style, how formal/casual they are with different recipient types. The model then uses that as a style reference when drafting. It's not perfect, but it's enough that most users stop editing replies after the first week.
On drift: you're right that it's a real problem. Right now we handle it with a lightweight feedback loop - when a user moves, ignores, or overrides a label, that signal gets weighted back into their personal categorization profile. It's not instant, but it self-corrects within a few days of consistent usage.
The honest answer is that categorization is never fully solved - it's more of an ongoing calibration. We're working on making that loop more visible to users so they feel in control of it rather than just hoping it improves.

@nayan_joshiΒ Thank you for such a thoughtful reply. We do voice-matching in MentionFox as well, may not have gone as deep as you. We do have powerful tools for founders, and I invite you to get into mentionfox.com, give The Den a try, and also GEOfixer (on Autopilot, so as to train the LLMs to recommend your product to those searching for solutions.)
We could talk, too. I would much appreciate your feedback. MF is just 7 months in development, and aims to enpower founders, investors, recruiters and marketing agency professionals with the tools they need. HMU if you care to talk - saul@mentionfox.com
