Eng Scorer reads your LinkedIn the way a hungry, fast-growing startup actually would. You get a score out of 99, your engineer archetype, your rank against 24,000 real engineers, and your Zelcomp - the comp we think a profile like yours should be pulling in. Tap the seal. Watch the dollars fly. There’s a live leaderboard of the top 100 working engineers (upvotes break the ties). The alumni page shows exactly where the talent is flowing and which companies keep producing the good ones.
Hey PH! The best engineers are athletes now. We run a talent network for early-stage startups and built this free tool for engineers who actually want to work at them.
Eng Scorer reads your LinkedIn the way a hungry startup would. It scores you across five axes, hands you one of twelve characters, ranks you against 24,000 engineers, and drops your Zelcomp - what we think a profile like yours should be pulling in. The full methodology and formula are on the site if you want to cook it!
Check out the alumni page shows exactly where talent is moving and which companies keep producing the best.
Two rules people hit: no CS-adjacent degree holds education at 60, and no hands-on engineering title on the page holds the whole read at 74. That second one caught Linus, Demis, Jensen, Gates and Satya. The score is purely the profile not the person.
