Yvori is a agentic business OS for contractors. It brings bookings, scheduling, quotes, invoices, payments, websites, customer conversations, and SEO/growth guidance into one place, so any contractor can run their business without juggling a messy stack of tools !
heya, im saad founder of yvori.app
when i started maxmin.agency the hard part wasnt getting clients, it was everything around the work: getting paid, chasing leads, following up, and drowning in tools that were either too expensive, too bloated, or built for companies way bigger than mine
so i built yvori. think linktree but for ppl who actually monetize their skills, online or offline. one place for bookings, scheduling, quotes, invoices, payments, websites, customer convos, and growth guidance.
The goal is simple: help new operators get the kind of structure and guidance we wish we had when we started our entrepreneurial journeys, while giving mature operators a cleaner way to run/scale the business without adding more admin.
so a question for my fellow operators, what parts of your business do u wish would just get handled for u agentically ?

@saad_el_gueddari missed call textback is super smart. how does it handle spam calls or robocalls though? does it just text everyone back or is there some filtering?
@mohsinproduct fires on any missed call not in ur contacts. carriers filter most spam upstream tho, and spammers rarely have working sms so the text just dies. tradeoff is worth it..
Does Yvori support SMS so contractors can text clients without using their personal number?
@othman_katim yep, way it works: each contractor gets a dedicated twilio number that acts as their business line. they keep their personal number, just set conditional forwarding once (10sec, dial a code, we show the exact one for ur carrier in onboarding) so any call they dont pick up forwards to the twilio line
and every booking opens an inbox flow between the client and the contractor: contractor replies from inside the app, client replies thru their booking link. all threaded per job alongside the quote, forms, invoice, review etc. so one place for the whole convo.

Operations was always the part I hated. Every business I built, I hated operations again. It's everything around the work that's boring. Invoicing, websites updates, booking links, payments.
I keep pushing friends to build a business around their passion. And every time, the same questions come back. How do I make a website. How do I find my first client. How do I send an invoice. What do I use to take bookings. They're great at what they do. They just don't know how to handle the rest.
Now I can just tell them: go to Yvori.

Congrats on your launch! Interesting to see how user friendly the app is, especially for non-tech. What would be your TOP3 ICPs ?
@thamibenjelloun the app was designed so it's compatible with a very large ICP (anyone who monetizes their skill online or offline). however, in our approach to get 100 users, we're targeting mainly freelancers, digital marketers, and technicians (whether hvac or landscapers) as those were the fields where we had a lot of successful conversations !
