The map view sounds super useful for comparing dorms around campus. One idea from my own dorm hunt: a built-in roommate finder or a way to see verified reviews from students who actually lived there. Listings often look great in photos but you never know about noise, cleanliness or the landlord until you've signed, so real student feedback would make this way more trustworthy.
The map view with distance to my campus was genuinely useful, way more practical than scrolling through endless listings. Wish something like this existed when I was hunting for a place in Istanbul.
