@prasadsunny1 It depends. File storage costs me a little over $0.02 per GB. So for a 50 GB file, that's $1. But it gets expensive for downloading. It costs 0.005 dollars per GB download. This means that if the 50 GB file is downloaded 10 times, it costs me 2.5 dollars. Finally, ysendit is dependent on donations to continue its service in the future.

Some of ySendit's highlights: - Get a link to your files or send it directly per mail to your receivers - Let receivers by mail only download your files once - Instead of sending files you can also simply paste some text and get a short-link. If you just paste a link, receivers get automatically redirected to that url - Set a password

Wonderful alternative to WeTransfer! It does everything you expect it too and then more. No registration or login required. Unlimited files, unlimited file sizes. Password protection. Encryption. Branding personalization. I couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend it. *To the builders: make it easier and more motivating to click to support with a small amount and people will. Users do. ot get excited to donate. They get excited to be part of and to have a tiny extra everybody else doesn't have.

Through the years ySendit has been improved quite a bit: - Files are now uploaded reliably - Uploads can be paused, resumed and restarted in case of network errors - Integration of direct peer-to-peer file sharing on the same network via Snapdrop.net - Streamlining, speed improvements and UX fixes
