The best thing about Dropbox is that it's just there. It's easy to set up, and always running in the background. You can just save a file in a shared folder on your computer and reliably expect it to be available to other users. It has been vital to me as a freelancer working with a variety of clients and teams over the years. Speaking of clients: since you can create sharing links for folders as well, it's great for delivering projects, sharing portfolio pieces, etc.

Not bad cloud storage. What I like is that when I make screen recording with ShareX, I get a direct link to the video in maximum quality. Very handy for small clips that need to be shared. Hard to find something better for this task, especially for free. Also, nice implementation of Dropbox Replay, which allows you to analyze the video as a team, commenting on each frame. Good for content makers.

The free plan's storage is rather limited, but Dropbox is a great way to securely share files without having to worry about the email provider of the person you're sending it to. The desktop app and ability to save files directly to Dropbox without having to upload them manually is incredibly convenient

Dropbox is a very useful tool because it allows me to access my files from anywhere and easily share them with others. It's simple, hassle-free and fast to use. I tried several similar services and for a long time I couldn't find a better one. (Eventually I switched to iCloud because of the Apple ecosystem.) In a corporate environment, OneDrive is probably more popular, but as a private person - if you are not an Apple user - I would definitely recommend Dropbox!

I have been using it for over 4 years. It is the real tool to save backup and active work and professional materials. Each year new tools and resources are released. Always up to date. Easy to use. Handy for all file manipulation and management needs. And most importantly, I feel safe using it. The price is not the cheapest. A plan for longer users could be granted, but it's still worth the service.
