Having payroll sync directly with attendance and leave data is great, but a built-in employee self-service portal for downloading payslips and updating personal info would save HR teams a ton of back-and-forth. Right now employees probably have to ask HR for everything, which creates bottlenecks. A simple mobile-accessible portal where staff can view their own records, request leave, and download tax documents would make the whole system feel more complete and reduce repetitive questions to your HR team.

We completely agree that an employee self-service portal is essential. The good news is that our app already includes these features. Employees can securely log in to their own portal to view and download payslips, update their personal information, request and track leave, access attendance records, and download tax-related documents. The portal is also mobile-friendly, making it easy for employees to manage their information anytime.

Love the unified approach, especially having HR and vendor data live in the same place. One thing that would save my team a lot of back-and-forth is adding approval workflows for purchase orders, so a manager can review and approve vendor invoices right inside the dashboard without needing to jump to email or chat.

Our system already includes an approval workflow where managers and authorized users can review and approve requests directly within the dashboard based on role-based permissions. We are also continuously enhancing the platform, and your feedback helps us identify opportunities to make these workflows even more seamless and efficient.

Finally checked this out and the real time sync across HR, CRM and vendors actually feels seamless, not like three tools duct taped together. Payroll and tender modules are a nice touch for one dashboard.
