Have been using Xmind for years and really like the latest Timeline and Chart feature, it could help you keep everything tide, hope everyone could love this feature!
This is the workflow I've been waiting for! As a long-time Xmind user, the context switch from brainstorming in a map to managing tasks in a separate tool has always been the biggest friction point. Keeping planning and tracking in one place is a game-changer.
The ability to turn a node into a task with a date feels so natural. I'm especially excited to try the Timeline view for setting milestones.

We actually just added a new Project view in this update — it turns your maps into simple project boards.

@stellar_zhou Yeah, pretty much! Xmind’s great for lightweight projects — if it’s not a big team setup, I’d totally recommend trying it out.
For larger projects though, Notion’s still awesome.
What kind of projects are you managing these days? 👀
@hacksman Haha that makes sense 😄 I’m mostly handling small-to-medium creative and content projects lately — so sounds like Xmind could fit perfectly! I’ll give it a shot and see how far it can go before I miss Notion 😂
How do existing users update to version 26? I only see version 25 in both the regular release and the beta channel. Long-time user and love Xmind
