Services like this have been around for a long time. I think it's hit or miss. Depends on quality of code.
Also, not sure it would really work out if you only need a page or two done. Wouldn't integrate with existing stylesheets & you'd have duplication.
It's certainly tempting though & I can see the value. When I do this personally, it doesn't feel like a great use of my time. If someone else can do a quality job, would gladly pay :)

Incredibly overpriced, I searched around for quotes and these guys came in 5 times more expensive than most of the standard competitors out there, with no noticeable benefits. NOTE: They have rebranded to XFIVE
