Does the AI agent handle refunds and returns on its own, or do I need to approve anything before it goes out to the customer?
@cetinalpca34281 The AI agent will have two operating modes for tasks requiring significant action, such as refunds: either automatically or with human approval.
Setup was painless and it actually answered a tracking question correctly on the first try inside WhatsApp. Wish the dashboard showed a few more cart recovery metrics out of the box.

finally caved and tried it on my shopify store today and got a sale recovered within an hour, the whatsapp flow feels way more natural than the clunky email stuff i had before

love that you anchored the pitch around a real whatsapp metric instead of vague AI hype. whatsapp for shopify support is one of those obvious-in-hindsight ideas that mostly gets ignored.
