Hey everyone, Julian here, founder of Xeyo.Quick story on why I'm building this. I've spent the last couple of years building automations for businesses, and one problem kept coming up with e-commerce stores: they lose customers in the gaps. Support emails opened one time in five. Abandoned carts never followed up. Reviews never collected.The channel that fixes this is WhatsApp. It gets opened around 90% of the time, and your customers are already there every single day. Yet almost no store in Europe uses it properly. That gap is the whole reason Xeyo exists.I'll be honest about two things.One, this is early access. The product isn't finished and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. I'm building it in public, sharing the wins and the struggles, and I want early adopters who'll shape it with me.Two, I'm not an e-commerce merchant myself. My world is tech, automation and WhatsApp. I'm learning the retail side by talking to merchants directly, which is exactly why your feedback here means a lot.Everything is built around consent. WhatsApp only works when customers opt in, and I take that (and GDPR) seriously. No spam, no shortcuts.So I'd love your honest take, especially if you run a Shopify store. Does the AI agent handle refunds and returns on its own, or do I need to approve anything before it goes out to the customer?

Setup was painless and it actually answered a tracking question correctly on the first try inside WhatsApp. Wish the dashboard showed a few more cart recovery metrics out of the box.
