Wrecksaurus is a daily phrase game that takes familiar sayings and mangles them into absurd corporate jargon. You have four guesses to figure out the original phrase, plus two hints if you get stuck. You can compare your score on the daily leaderboard, share your results, and even submit your own wrecks for future puzzles. It’s free to play, and no account is required.
I wanted to make a daily word game that wasn’t another Wordle clone. The idea was simple: take phrases almost everyone knows and rewrite them in the kind of corporate language that makes a three-word sentence need a meeting.
That became Wrecksaurus. There’s one new wreck every day, four guesses, two hints, a leaderboard, and a way for players to submit their own wrecks. I’m especially curious about the difficulty: does the answer feel satisfying when it clicks, or are some wrecks too obscure?
I’d really appreciate any feedback after you play a round.
