I started building Wreckruiter 5 minutes after a recruiter hung up on me.
All I did was ask why they wouldn't share their screen. That, combined with ghosting and bait-and-switch offers (especially in crypto), convinced me that candidates need better intel.

Unpopular opinion: Transparency is actually good for recruiters. The best ones have nothing to hide. I want to help the good recruiters stand out and claim their profiles.
Ultimately, I'm building this for both sides to make the job search process a little less stressful for everyone.
