WowOwl is a website-wide keyword scanning tool that finds any word or phrase across an entire site. It shows where each keyword appears, how often it is used, and the surrounding context, with downloadable reports and flexible one-time or monthly plans.

Scanned my blog and instantly surfaced an old tagline I forgot I had sprinkled across dozens of posts. The context preview saves me from clicking into every URL, which is the part I appreciated most.
@aseltenhova That’s great to hear—finding forgotten text like an old tagline is exactly the kind of problem I built WowOwl to solve. I’m especially glad the context preview saved you from opening every page individually. Thanks for trying it and sharing this!
A bulk import option for keyword lists would save a ton of time when auditing large sites, especially if you could paste a CSV or plain text file instead of typing each phrase one at a time.
@grselekicetwzh That’s a great suggestion. Bulk keyword import would be especially useful for larger audits and agency workflows. I’m considering support for pasted lists, CSV uploads, and plain-text files so users can scan many phrases without entering them manually. Thanks for highlighting it!
The context preview around each keyword match is a really thoughtful touch, makes auditing content so much faster without clicking into every page.
@kemalcakandg84 Thank you! That was one of the main things I wanted to improve over a basic results list. The context preview helps users understand each match immediately without opening dozens of pages, so I’m glad you found it useful.
The way WowOwl surfaces surrounding context alongside match counts is a really thoughtful touch, makes audits way less tedious than just dumping a raw list.
@nurglsatolb7dx Thank you! That was exactly the goal. I wanted users to understand not just where a keyword appears, but how it is being used on each page without opening every result manually. Really appreciate the feedback!
The context preview around each match is a really thoughtful touch, makes scanning way faster than jumping back and forth to the source page.
